Release 26.10.3

October 21, 2026

New

  • HTML page preview in the AI chat. Ask the AI for a page, a prototype, a calculator or a chart, and a working page opens right away to the right of the conversation. Switch between the view and the HTML code, ask for edits in plain words, and download the finished page as a file. The page runs separately from your account and does not send requests or forms. More — Previewing HTML pages.
  • Voice messages from the "Messages" section. Click the microphone next to the input field and choose "Voice message": record a reply of up to 3 minutes, listen to it and send it. In Telegram, VK and MAX the person receives a voice message, in Viber and the website chat — an audio file. More — Voice message.
  • The AI Agent understands voice messages. The "AI Agent" block recognizes voice messages and audio up to 5 minutes long and replies to what was said. The transcript appears under the voice message in the "Messages" section. Recognition is not charged to AI Credits. More — Files and pictures from the contact.
  • Specialist first, then the service. In a booking mini app the client can choose the specialist first and then the service. The "Booking services" element has a new "Specialist" field: with {{ staffId }} the element shows only the chosen specialist's services, with their price and duration. More — Specialist first, then the service.
  • AI Credits warnings and auto top-up. The platform will warn you in advance when your AI Credits are running low and let you know when they have run out. Notifications arrive in the dashboard and in the messenger, and about an empty balance — by email too. You can choose when to be warned. To keep AI responses and bots with an AI agent from stopping, turn on auto top-up: your AI Credits will be topped up from your main balance on their own when they drop below the amount you set. All of this is in "Billing" → "AI Credits", the "Settings" block. More — Balance warnings and Auto top-up.
  • Widget theme and colours. The widget settings have a new "Theme" — "Light", "Dark" or "Match the visitor" — and "Colors" for each theme: the button, icon, accent, window background and text. With "Match the visitor" the widget is light or dark like the visitor's device and changes its colours right away when the visitor switches the theme. The other shades and the colour of the text on the accent are picked automatically. More — Theme and colours.
  • A microphone in the widget chat. A website visitor can record a voice message or dictate a message. The widget settings have "Microphone in the chat" and "What the microphone does": "Voice message", "Dictation" or "Visitor's choice". More — Microphone: voice messages and dictation.
  • The help center in Spanish. The help center is now available in Spanish too — every section, with screenshots of the Spanish interface. Switch the language in the help center header.
  • Voice message transcripts. The "→A" button to the right of the waveform turns a voice message into text under the player. It is available on any voice message up to an hour long — from the person, from the bot and your own. More — Voice message transcripts.
  • Dictating a reply. The same microphone menu has "Dictate text": speak, and the text appears in the input field. Correct it and send it as a regular message. Esc cancels dictation. A team member without the permission to send files can use the microphone only for dictation. More — Dictation.
  • The widget icon in the chat header. If the widget has an icon uploaded, it is shown on the website to the left of the chat title. More — Widget icon.
  • A footer note in the widget chat. A line in small print at the very bottom of the chat window — for example, "Answers are written by AI — double-check important information". It is set in the chat settings; there is none by default. More — Footer note.

Changes

  • The widget chat takes up the whole screen on phones. Before, a strip of the page stayed visible at the top, and the cross overlapped the title. Now the open chat takes up the whole screen, and the cross sits in the title row.
  • "Build with AI" — a button in the creation form header. In the creation forms of a chatbot, mini app, mini landing page, online school, shop and booking, the block above the form is replaced by a "Build with AI" button on the right of the header. It opens a window: describe the task or pick an example and click "Build with AI". The rest works as before: the AI chat opens, and the description is sent to it as the first message. More — Building a bot in the AI chat.
  • A new look for the lesson player. The video player in the student portal has a new design. Before the video starts, the poster shows only the play button; the control bar appears once playback begins. The progress bar is thicker with rounded ends, and its handle is visible while the cursor is over the video. The buttons are grouped into translucent panels and are larger. Quality selection, volume, full screen, keyboard shortcuts and the student's email over the video work as before. More — Lesson.
  • Initials instead of empty avatars. Contacts without a messenger photo and users without a profile photo now show initials on a colored background: in the messenger, contact list, CRM, mailing subscribers, orders, project team, profile and sign-in. The color depends on the name, so the same person is easy to recognize in any section.
  • Voice input in the AI chat without delay. After "Done", the text appears in the field right away instead of a few seconds later. More — Voice input.
  • A contact without a photo — avatar: null. In the contacts API, the avatar field of a contact without a messenger photo is now null. The same goes for the photo field in the contact data the bot sends to external services. Previously it could hold a link to an initials picture drawn by the server.
  • "What's new" by month. Releases in the menu and on the What's new page are grouped by month.
  • The chat title in the widget. It is slightly smaller and sits right in the middle of the header: before, the chat window overlapped the header, and the title with the icon ended up below the middle.
  • A "Back" button on the QR code page. On a computer, a link to a messenger opens a QR code in the widget. Now there is an arrow to the left of the messenger name — it takes you back to the list of links.

Fixes

  • Viber: the bot stayed silent on the first contact from a subscriber without a photo. If a new Viber subscriber had no profile photo, the bot did not reply to the first contact — opening the chat or the first message. After that everything worked.
  • Error when connecting a channel by API URL. If the API URL is wrong or the service at it does not respond, the "Api URL" field now says what went wrong and what the URL should look like. Previously a generic "An error has occurred! Please try again later." was shown. URLs on the service's new domain are now accepted too.
  • The AI chat asked permission to open a link you had sent yourself. If you wrote an address without https://, for example "what is on example.com?", the AI showed the "Open a page" card as if it had built the address itself. Now the chat opens such a link right away, with or without www.. Other pages of the same site, such as example.com/pricing, open without asking too. The card appears when the AI wants to open another site's address that did not appear in the conversation, or puts parameters and long numbers into the address. The card itself is clearer now: the address on its own line, the warning below it. More — Reading pages at unfamiliar addresses.
  • The "⋯" menu of blocks and notes on the scheme. Previously the menu could hide under a neighboring block, and when the scheme was zoomed out, open away from the button. Now it opens under the "⋯" button, on top of other blocks, at any zoom level.
  • The "⋯" menu on the mini app scheme. The same fix.
  • The interlocutor's photo when contacts chat with each other. When contacts chat with each other through the bot, an interlocutor without a photo had another contact's photo next to their messages in the built-in messenger. Now their own initials are shown.
  • Daily upload limit message. When the daily file upload limit was used up, uploading a bot avatar or a shop, branch or widget icon showed a generic error. Now it shows the limit message.
  • A widget that opens straight into the chat flashed the list of links when closing. While the window was fading out, the list showed for a moment instead of the chat. Now the window closes with the chat.
